1. Unfortunately, you must have a web site. This is a web clique.
2. Your site must no contain distasteful nudity, homophobia or other hateful content.
3. You must have a valid e-mail address.
4. You need to put up a code, either text or image, prior to submitting.
5. When filling out the form, do not use shortforms like "D," long aliases or initials. Just a simple first name is fine, or a short alias is acceptable.
6. As it says on the form, limit your fetishes to three. Any others will be deleted.
7. If you ever change your e-mail address or URL, you must fill out an Edit Form.
